How to Cancel Your Subscription

Klik subscriptions are managed directly through the App Store or Google Play. To cancel:

• iOS (iPhone): Open the App Store → tap your profile icon in the top-right corner → tap Subscriptions → find Klik and tap Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → tap Payments & subscriptions → tap Subscriptions → find Klik and tap Cancel subscription.

Cancelling your subscription will not delete your account. You will continue to have access to your current plan until the end of the billing period.

How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Klik account from within the app:

• Open Klik and go to your Profile.
• Tap Settings.
• Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
• Confirm the deletion. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deleting your account will remove your profile, matches, and messages. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it separately through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account.

How to Export Your Data

You have the right to access a copy of your personal data. To request an export:

• Open Klik and go to your Profile.
• Tap Settings.
• Tap Export My Data and follow the on-screen instructions.

Your data export will be prepared and sent to the email address associated with your account.
