After setting up your profile, you browse potential matches and express interest. When both people are interested, it's a match and you can start chatting right away.

Download Klik from the App Store or Google Play, sign in with your Google or Apple account, and set up your profile. The whole process takes under five minutes.

Open Klik, go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account, and confirm. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, matches, and messages. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through the App Store or Google Play first.

Yes. Sign in with the same Google or Apple account on any device and your account will sync automatically.

Tap the three-dot menu on any profile or inside a chat and select Block or Report. Our moderation team reviews every report and takes action accordingly.

We review every account report, provide easy one-tap blocking, enforce community standards, and never share your personal contact details with other users. Visit our Safety page for a full guide.

Yes. Messages on Klik are only visible to you and the person you're chatting with. We do not sell or share your conversations.

Block and report the person immediately inside the app, then email us at support@klikdate.com. For immediate physical danger, contact local emergency services.

Klik Diamond is our first membership tier. Here's everything it includes:

• +15 daily likes
• Unlocked dating preferences, including height and other countries
• Daily free AstroPair charge
• 3,000 free stars, usable on likes, boosts, AstroPair charges, and rewinds
• 50 free rewinds
• Active Now marker, so people can see when you're online
• Priority support

Klik Emerald is the tier above Diamond. It includes everything in Diamond, plus:

• +30 daily likes
• Your likes shown at the top of their Liked You
• Profile shown higher in the feed
• Weekly free profile boost
• Unlimited AstroPair charges
• Read receipts, so you know when your messages are seen
• Send images in chat
• Golden shimmer effect on your name
• Emerald app icon and splash screen

Inside the Klik app, go to Profile > Upgrade and choose a plan. Payment is processed securely through the App Store or Google Play. Emerald replaces an active Diamond subscription.

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Open the respective store, go to your subscriptions, find Klik, and tap Cancel. You'll keep your membership until the end of the current billing period.
